Kesesuaian Karakteristik Key Opinion Leader (KOL) terhadap Efektifitas NCT Dream sebagai KOL Somethinc

Public Relations plays an important role in managing corporate communications through public relations activities on social media which practice currently involve many Key Opinion Leaders as a form of communication strategy because they are considered to have strong influence mediating messages stakeholders. KOL specific characteristics, namely identity or feature that makes it easier for them identify, among others; Familiarity, Trustworthiness and Expertiseness so skills strength persuading the public. This study aims (1) understand NCT Dream's characteristics its effectiveness Leader (KOL) Somethinc, (2) find out how much building Somethinc. research method uses quantitative approach. Data collection was used with non-probability sampling criteria active users who also follow Somethinc account.
